Return 1 if all values along a given axis are
nonzero, otherwise return 0 if any are zero.
The operator can be placed on the canvas in two ways:
- From the Reductions Operations (``reduction'') toolbar

or
- By typing the letters ``all'' on the canvas and then pressing the
Enter key.
